I have never made a review for a company before But after Grandma Minnie mentioned them during Christmas holiday I feel like God has put it in my heart to say this we have been coming there for 5 years and absolutely love Stephen he is so helpful and funny they have a great staff if my wife is having a bad day she will go to Pitts because she knows they won't let her leave without a smile even if she doesn't need a oil change. My auntie had a flat tire on the side of the road she knew who he was because of the uniform but he had no clue about her. She was angry and rude due to being late for work and now needed a tire but he changed her flat and told her to have a very merry Christmas this was on his off time late at night not during work. In this world we live in with all the race hate going on Pitts is not just changing tires they are changing lives and do not go there expecting to be treated like a customer they treat you like family

Traveling from our home in Gulf coast MS to outside Nashville for Christmas and family festivities. Vehicle breaks down in Tuscaloosa off-highway the day before Christmas Eve and we start searching for help. The positive reviews on their site caught our eye and we called immediately. We were greeted over the phone by Maggie (one of the owners) and not only got the process started by ordering the alternator but recommended a fantastic tow service as well. Sure enough, the tow got to us quickly and got us over to the shop. At that point as soon as we stepped foot on the property Maggie comes out and introduces herself and explains what the options and time frame will be. She then ask us if we wanted to go get local food and or a trip to a mall or some kind of time killer while we wait. UNBELIEVABLE!! AMAZING!! Above and beyond making my wife and I feel less stressed and obviously more comfortable. Later during the process, we met Chad (Maggie’s husband and owner as well) and he explained the part would be there soon and they would get us on the road ASAP. Moving forward — the whole process only took 4 hours before we were back on the road again. I cannot say enough kind words about this business. I have a business myself and word of mouth advertising is so very important and if I could give this review 10 stars I would. If you are a local or passing through and need expertise and or fantastic service, do yourself and your vehicle a favor and head to PITTS auto. Maggie and Chad and the rest of the crew there are good, good peeps and that’s few and far between nowadays.
