Chad Pitts, owner, and operator of Pitts Auto Repair has always had a passion for repairing vehicles and helping people understand what is best for their vehicles. His goal is to provide honest, reliable quality service with the customer's satisfaction in mind. For over 17 years he has specialized in Lexus and Toyota. Honda and Acura are also lines he has extensive experience with and enjoys servicing as well. It is our policy to inform the customer of any repairs that may still be under Manufacturers Warranty. We will direct you in the right way every time. If the service is not needed, we don’t perform it. Also, Chad’s confidence in our ASE Certifications reflects in the warranty we provide; 36 Month or 36,000 Mile on Service Repair and Labor. This is three times the typical warranty offered by others. Wearable items, such as brakes, carry a 12 Month or 12,000-mile warranty.
